Olayinka Awolesi has been in the practice since 2006. I am an enthusiastic person who loves practising dentistry and life in general.
My interests in dentistry include fixed Prosthodontics, surgical placement and restoration of implants, intravenous sedation and Botox.
I finished my M.Clin.dent in Prosthodontics in 2011 and in between I attended a SAAD course (hence my interest in sedation) and a certificate course in implantology at the Eastman Dental institute. I attained my PGCert in dental education in 2013
I have been an Educational Supervisor since 2012.
Outside dentistry, I am married with 2 children enjoy socializing with friends and family. I also enjoy spending time on the ski slopes. I love my football and I support Arsenal football club

We have a purpose built surgery, with two separate decontamination rooms., one upstairs and the other downstairs. We are a busy practice, seeing NHS and Private Patients. We are able to offer conscious sedation and cosmetic work including dental implants as well as the usual treatments, i.e. crowns and bridges.
We take pride in providing a broad spectrum of treatments for our patients. We have seven surgeries three on the ground floor and four on the first floor.
We have four dentists and eight part time hygienists/ therapist. We also have two dental therapy students . Other staff members are made up with an experienced practice manager, qualified and apprentice nurses. We are computerized with digital x-ray to help with faster diagnosis. We have been accredited with the BDA Good Practice Scheme since 2008.
The dedicated Foundation Dentist surgery had a new chair fitted in November 2024.

We enjoy socialising together eating at various local bars and restaurants. We do enjoy a day out at ‘The Races’ in the summer months and have also been dog racing and bowling to name a few .

Having found enjoyment in mentoring and supervising trainee dental nurses, extended duties and therapy students he decided to take up an opportunity to be an ES for the 2025-26 year which he has found deeply rewarding.

Tony Clough is the Clinical Director of Sharrow Dental Care, Advent and Springfield Dental Care; under his guidance the group has grown and developed into the largest and most influential oral health service provider in Essex, employing 21 Dentists across three sites in Chelmsford

He has been a DFT Supervisor since its inception in in 1990, he combined this role with teaching at the Royal London Hospital dental school, the University of Essex and coordinating the Diploma in Sports Dentistry course at the Eastman Dental Institute in London.
He also continues as the elected representative of the 1500 dentists in Essex.

Tony has a particular interest in the field of dental traumatology and through his work with the International Olympic C'tee at 8 Olympics and his affiliation with sports teams and athletes, he has garnered a wealth of experience over the years in managing dental trauma in the immediate aftermath, through to rehabilitation and long-term follow-up.

Anthony graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2007 and joined Sharrow Dental as a vocational trainee, where he has remained a member of the team ever since.

He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is committed to ongoing professional development. Anthony has gained several postgraduate qualifications, including Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties, a Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Education and a a Postgraduate Diploma in Periodontology. He has been and Educational Supervisor for three years and uses his experience to support and mentor foundation dentists and therapists, helping them develop their clinical skills and confidence within the practice.

Outside of dentistry, Anthony is a keen sports enthusiast. Although injury brought his rugby career to an early end, he has since embraced running and cycling. He has completed the London, Paris, Rome and Manchester marathons, as well as cycling tours from London to Paris and across Italy and Portugal.

I completed my DFT year at Harlow Dental Surgery before joining Sharrow Dental Surgery in 2016. Since then I have proudly worked as part of a professional, forward-thinking team serving the community of Chelmsford. I have enjoyed building relationships with families and patients of all ages.

Arman graduated with Honours from King’s College London in 2010, standing out as one of the very few to achieve distinctions in every year of study. My name is Agnieszka Marcinkowska-Lagosz.
I qualified in 2001 from the Medical University of Wrocław in Poland. Shortly afterwards, I relocated to England with my family. We settled in South Essex, where I worked in a large, mixed practice for many years.

In 2018, I decided to pursue a long-held ambition by acquiring a practice of my own. After considerable research and reflection, I chose Great Horkesley Dental Studio, where I have worked ever since.
